你好 可以建议一下 重新加热之前可以把hot cream 加入到yolk batter里一小部分 就不用浪费时间等着cool down 了 然后可以直接在加热 and stir well

I do not speak Japanese. Could you write the ingredients in English please..or czech, french...(found your blog and had it translated..so delicious and you did say "cornstarch"). :) To anyone who speaks english: This is by far the best chef and his kitchen is flawless. Impressive.
