I went all over doing Christmas shopping...got so stressed I came back and ordered tons of copies of that book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels to give to family and friends, figure we can all do the exercises together. It's not the only thing I'm giving people but I had to get something small to start, and figured we can all use a stress relief during the holiday and new year.

For your white school shirts, use the pink stuff stain spray. You have to spray it first wash, if you've already washed them the stains set in. If there only white you could try soak them in baby Milton steriliser fluid :)

Try a soak in Astonish white powder. I usually soak anything overnight but I know that's not always possible.

⁠she bites her paw sometimes it’s because of a grass allergy, it comes and goes but there hasn’t been much we have been able to do about it, we’ve tried a few different creams from the vet and diet changes but it’s unfortunately common with this breed. My family dog did it as well when I lived at home. She’s ok though. Thank you for asking

My son (also called Elliot) has the little Dino hot water bottle too and it’s super soft but just a word of warning, the inside sheds fluff like crazy so when you take the bottle out it gets everywhere 🙈 xx

My boys have white shirts too. I tend to use vanish soap and then whitening powder and stain powder. Then also use ace for whites spray. Luckily it doesn’t irritate their skin. However achool seem to use the most un washable pens 😤
