Abel, brother I hopr this reaches you, while you keep dictating the tempo of the conversation and keeping everything intact, I think it's important that you leave a little room for dania's thoughts. She is being kept out of most of the conversation and i think it's important that she is included so that her confidence can be built. Abel, About the Gebiyoch case, The government always gives revenue offices a certain amount of money to collect, monthly, quarterly and yearly. So, for the certain quarter (month) you wanted to pay your taxes, the tax offices may have already succeeded in attaining their target, so it's better for them to postpone your payment to the next month (quarter) rather than reporting a surplus now and hustle to attain the target in the coming month/quarter.
