龍導尾（粵拼：lung4 tou5 mei5），曾經是廣州河南海幢寺南面的一個鄉，現位於海珠區，面積廣大，人口密集，街巷眾多，有一百多個文物古蹟，電影《絕響 》曾在此拍攝。
五代十國時期，南漢皇帝劉䶮在河南設立“南郊壇”，用以祭拜天地。 壇前修起一條仿長安含元殿前的皇帝專用通道，名為龍尾道。
元朝時，宋朝狀元張鎮孫後人搬來此地居住。
清朝時，地屬番禺縣茭塘司。 後來，有人將“道”字寫錯成“導”，後人將錯就錯，於是就叫“龍尾導”，或者叫“龍導尾”。
民國初年，龍導尾地區出現水災，沖毀許多房屋。 而南市大街、西市大街一帶又發生火災，許多商店起火。
最初稱為“龍尾道”，是南漢國時期建立的仿唐代長安京宮殿前的梯級通道，形似龍尾下垂。
清代時，名稱變為“龍導尾”，當代居民也稱之為“龍肚尾”。

Long Daowei (Cantonese spelling: lung4 tou5 mei5) was once a township south of Haizhuang Temple in Henan, Guangzhou. It is now located in Haizhu District. It has a large area, dense population, numerous streets and lanes, and more than a hundred cultural relics and historic sites. It was featured in the movie "Jue Xiang" 》 was filmed here.
During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, Emperor Liu Wei of the Southern Han Dynasty established the "Nanjiao Altar" in Henan to worship heaven and earth. In front of the altar, a passage dedicated to the emperor was built, imitating the one in front of Hanyuan Hall in Chang'an, called Longwei Road.
During the Yuan Dynasty, the descendants of Zhang Zhen, the champion of the Song Dynasty, moved here to live.
During the Qing Dynasty, the area belonged to Jiantang Division, Panyu County. Later, someone mistakenly wrote the word "dao" as "dao". Later generations made the mistake, so it was called "dragon tail guide" or "dragon tail guide".
In the early years of the Republic of China, floods occurred in the Longdaowei area, destroying many houses. Fires broke out again in the area of Nanshi Street and West City Street, and many shops caught fire.
Originally called "Dragon's Tail Road", it was built during the Southern Han Dynasty to imitate the stepped passage in front of the Chang'an Jing Palace in the Tang Dynasty, shaped like a drooping dragon's tail.
In the Qing Dynasty, the name changed to "Long Daowei", and contemporary residents also call it "Long Duwei".

細個每年都會返廣州玩，親戚都係住同福中路，都會去市二宮..真係好懷念，好彩再舊地重遊，已經好多年無返中國了

早幾十年前喺南華東路做過工兼住宿，時時聽啲住當地嘅同事提到「龍套尾」，而家先至知道正名叫「龍導尾」。「紅十字會醫院」啲人直接叫「紅會」，當年入過去住院部探望一位跌親頭嘅長者同事，因腦出血一直昏迷，三日就走咗，陳年記憶嚟。 多謝分享，下集見。
