@@chinobonito30 it hasn't. I made a post here about it being high season as the main reason and the post is gone, I think they've deleted it. And I think you can only sing praise and agree with everything with these KZbinrs.

I’m looking for a new lease in sukhumvit, doesn’t seem like it’s gone up yeh On the other hand Hk has gone up 20% last year

@@chinobonito30 makes sense for the jacked up price in HK, it's cause no one is buying. I just went from bkk to cnx, lived in both places, the price for both short and long rents in cnx is also ridiculous now only because of this touristy season. Prices have gone up like 3x on airbnb it's absurd. But honestly, I'm only seeing more and more westerners digital nomads moving away. 2 of my 3 friends here have gone to Vietnam so go figure. Thailand is a dead end and there are a lot their govt oough to do to save their own people and economy

Bangkok is still reasonably priced compared to Hong Kong. It’s inflation in general the west is at like 10% a year.
@@nancyso5361don't bs please. Realistically it's around 50 to 70hkd and drinks included. If you actually lived in Thailand you'll realize when you compare the food quality and portion, thailand is more expensive than hk to eat out. Actually it's the same even if you cook for yourself. If you want to eat decent quality you'll need to buy imported. Guess which place is cheaper for imported?
