Thanks for sharing the info and the walk around. I went to hight school close to where you lived when I first came to Canada. I recently revisit that area and found out there a lot of high rise being built along The Queensway. NF weekly special on meat have great value! I check it out every week.. Its banana always has the lowest price in town.
True, I hardly use umbrella here with all these years residing in Toronto! Most ppl wear cap and a wind breaker with hood. But of course, when it rains hard, umbrella still needed. You can put the it in your backpack. Starting a new life in a totally new environment is not easy but hey, I know you will get through it. All the best! Also, get a non stick Korean made wok at T & T .. cheap & light!

Some of the comments regarding the pronunciation, I think you are struggling with where certain words with silent sounds. Ex. Catholic (the H and the O is silent). It can be difficult for new English learners to recognize this but make friends with native English speakers and you will have a stronger grasp of the language. The other one is No Frills where the R sound needs to be a bit more pronounced. Finally, instead of using the word "level" to compare cities, I think the word you are searching for is "similarities, on par, etc" it sounds more natural to an English speaker. Ps. I noticed in another video you were using the term "free rider", it sounds a bit weird, the term "free loader" makes more sense. Hope the English tips help your journey in Canada.

Etobicoke 區401 以南都係好社區。401 以北 Rexdale, Jane and Finch 係紅番區。Jane and Finch 係North York. 順便一提,係Glassdoor (job hunting app) 見到York region 請settlement worker contract till Jan 2025, 可以試下。

Rexdale and Islington = hood Jane and Finch = hood plus

North Etobicoke demo is extremely poor. It used to be a cheap place that nobody wanted to move into. Not as much opportunities as Mississauga.

I lived in GTA for many years, but I don't pay attention to these demographic stuff. Can you do one in other cities too? haha It's so helpful.

People here don't bring umbrellas because kids need to run outside under the rain (light and heavy) in PE class so they are all used to walk or run under the rain!! lol
