In this video, I'm going to show you Yam Paste Snow Skin Mooncakes recipe. Mid-Autumn Festival is a day for enjoying mooncakes with family.
Besides admiring the moon and lighting lantern with family, we could consider making this colourful fish--shaped mooncakes together😊Kids can get creative inventing their own version of colourful fish mooncakes.
Ingredients:
Yam Paste Filling
1) 300g Yam
2) 50g Purple Sweet Potato
3) 123g sugar
4) 63g oil
Snow Skin mooncake
1) 40g Glutinous Rice Flour
2) 35g Rice Flour
3) 15g Cornstarch
4) 30g Icing Sugar
5) 145g Milk (add 1/4 Pandan/Banana Essence)
6) 30g Oil
7) Gao Fen (Fried Glutinous Rice Flour)
