This is a review of the Bang and Olufsen (B&O) P6 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker.
With some neat tricks such as stereo sound with two speaker and USB C charging this certainly ticks a lot of the boxes. Add to that the incredible build quality and surprisingly powerful sound this is almost a no brainer. But do some quirks let it down?

Nice review and accurate about the sound. However, there is NO passive bass reflector in the P6. Which means there is no passive bass. There is a 4inch full-range driver and two smaller drivers for higher frequencies. None of the sound is passive. All of the drivers are individually amplified. The front has 2 drivers and delivers the right channel and the back has one driver and delivers the left channel. In a stereo pair, each speaker has 3 drivers delivering the single channel. When in Stereo they are absolutely sublime, smooth, detailed and just lovely. If you like bass-heavy music - you are in luck. If you love classical music and want to hear each and every one of the bells or that triangle at the back of the orchestra - you are in luck. If you like vocals and want to hear that acapella or the first soprano rising above the tenors - you are in luck. As a stereo pair, the sound is amazing. Listening to live recordings is astounding and movies are rendered with an 'in the cinema' quality which these, speakers by size have no right to produce. They punch above their weight and deliver a HiFi quality sound that exposes the love the engineers poured into the development of this speaker. I like them if that was not clear before - I hope it is now. Thanks for the video - really nicely done!

​@@HamerReviews weird question to you, does it turn itself off if its connected to the charger and not pair with anything? reason I ask is, I tend to pair with my phone, and when I take my phone, most bluetooth turn itself or I have to press the bluetooth button again in order to pair with the phone, pretty annoying.

I bought this speaker 3 days ago ,, At 60% volume the bass is quite amazing I was a little surprised.. I have a 20000 mah pocket power bank I get 3 days of play time at 100% battery.. It's the best bluetooth speaker I used till date .. I have tied the speaker in to my rucksack on long walks ... its excellent. Not loud but a lot of bass a low volume. Once above 70% only mid range goes up no more bass after 65% ... but guys the bass is quality and crisp ..

I think it’s a surprisingly good speaker for the money, and yes battery life is good!

I’m afraid I haven’t tried that one. I think it’s better than a lot of portable speakers but i haven’t tried that one specifically
