Nepali( not mongoloid tribal) originated in hindu kosh mountain, Himachal n kumaon ( that's why many called kumai Nepali ) n kumaoni originated in uttar Pradesh n Rajasthan by expelling real Kumaoni( katyuri ) to today's far west Nepal under Chand dynasty after coming from plains.

यह एक गढ़वाली कुमाऊनी लोक गीत है, जो हिमाचल में प्रचलित लोक गीतों में प्रमुख लोक गीत है। इस लोक गीत में पत्नी अपने पति से विभिन्न उदाहरणों को प्रस्तुत करके अपने पिता (मायका) जाने के लिए तार्किक दबाव बनाती है। वह कहती है की भेड़ू का फल जो मारह महीनों में उपलब्ध होता है वहीँ कफल (एक चेरी जैसा मीठा फल) तो चैत्र मॉस में ही पकता है। यह फल मुख्य रूप से पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में ही उपलब्ध होता है। भेडू और कफल के फल का उदाहरण देकर नायिका अपने घर जाने के बारे में बताती है। इस लोकगीत को सर्वप्रथम मोहन उप्रेती और बीएम शाह के द्वारा कंपोज़ किया गया है। बेडु पाको बारा मासा, बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरीना काफ़ल पाको, चैता, मेरी छैला, ओ नरणी काफ़ल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। भेडू : यह भी एक तरह का चेरी जैसा फल ही होता है। काफ़ल : एक तरह का वाइल्ड चेरी फल। पाको : - पक गया है। नरणी : नायिका के लिए नाम का सम्बोधन। हिंदी मीनिंग : बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। भुण-भुण दीन आयो, नरणा, बुझ तेरी मैत मेरी छैला ओ नरणी कफल पाको, चैता, मेरी छैला। बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी काफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। हिंदी मीनिंग : बसंत के दिन आ गए हैं, मुझे मेरे माता के घर पर ले चलो। (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। ) अल्मोड़ा का लाल बाजारा, लाल माटी की सीड़ी अल्मोड़ा का लाल बाजारा, नैरेना लाल माटी की सीड़ी मेरी छैला, ओ नरणी कफल पाको, चैता, मेरी छैला। बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी काफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। हिंदी मीनिंग : अल्मोड़ा का लाल बाज़ार (विख्यात होने के भाव में ) में लाल मिटटी की सीढ़ियां हैं। (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। ) पहाड़ा की नंदा देवी, पहाड़ा की नंदा देवी, ओ नरन फूल छदुनी पाती मेरी छैला, बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी कफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। पहाड़ों की देवी नंदा है लोग उसे फूल और पत्तियां अर्पित करते हैं/चढ़ाते हैं। (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। ) आप खाणी (खाँछे) पान सुपारी, आप खाणी पान सुपारी, ओ नरन मइके दीनी बीड़ी मेरी छैला, बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी कफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। हिंदी मीनिंग : आप पान सुपारी खाटू हो और मुझे बीड़ी दी है। यहाँ पर बीड़ी और पान के आनंद लेने पर दोनों का संवाद है। (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। ) रुण झुन दिन आयगी, रुण झुन दिन आयगी, ओ नरीना मैं ते तू भूलिगी चैता, मेरी छैला, बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी कफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। हिंदी मीनिंग : सुहाने दिन आ गए हैं, ओह मैं तो तुम्हे भूल ही गई। (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। ) त्यार खुटामा काँटो बुड्या नरणा, मेरी खुटी पीड़ा मेरी छैला बेडु पाको बारा मासा, ओ नरणी कफल पाको चैत मेरी छैला। हिंदी मीनिंग :अगर कोई कांटा आपके पैर को चुभता है, (बेडू (एक फल) बारह महीनों में पककर हर वक़्त उपलब्ध होता है, जबकि कफल का फल तो चैत्र मॉस (बसंत) में ही पकता है। )
