See this totally depends on your priority. Niper are researcher focused institutes which will help you in getting R&D and all other jobs easily. Plus after BPharm of you immediately want a job then also it is good because companies like Wipro and many such provide company sponsored MBA's. It is finally your call what type of job you want you r more into research or not

Mam after filling how to get to know about the vacancy it all about only making profile on tcs portal and inconcern with tcs selected senior it guidied me there was an option to apply for drive then we get centre option then admit card release these are the process

You will get an exam date first then you will appear for it then you will receive the official score on your TCS portal and also email id. Frm this score you are eligible for job TCS will automatically recruit you . The process is same like any other company but here they are providing so many centres for the exam unlike the wall in drive where everyone has to travel from all over India to one place
