Abortion अनेक प्रकार से हो सकता है. कभी वह जानबूझ के किया जाता है और कभी वह अपने आप ही हो जाता है. मगर यह होने के बाद महिलाओं को कुछ चीजों का ध्यान रखना चाहिए. बहुत सारी महिलाओं का यह प्रश्न होता है की abortion होने पर कितनी देर तक आराम करना चाहिए. abortion पहले तिमाही में होता है तब ज्यादा आराम करने की जरूरत नहीं होती मांगा इसमें बह थोड़ा ध्यान रखने की आवश्यकता है. अगर abortion अपने आप हो गया हो तो गर्भाशय क मुँह खुला हो जाता है जिससे bleeding होती है. ऐसा जब होता हिअ तब आप ८-१० दिन तक आराम कर सकते हैं. मगर जब abortion surgically होता है तब anesthesia दिया जाता है और उसका असर उतरने के बाद बस थोड़ी थकन होती है जो एक दिन के बाद उतर जाती है.
जब abortion किया जाता है या फिर अपने आप हो जाता है तब आपको anti-biotics को लेना चाहिए. जब एबॉर्शन किया जाता है तब bleeding होती है. यह खून जंतुओं और bacteria के लिए पलने फूलने के लिए अच्छी जगह होती है. इस लिए एंटीबायोटिक्स लेने से बिमारिओ का खतरा काम हो जाता है.
कभी कभी abortion आधा अधूरा हो जाता है. एक हफ्ते के बाद बहुत ज्यादा bleeding होना, पेट में cramps आना, योनि के स्त्राव से बदबू आना, बुखार आना यह सब होना abortion अधूरा होने के संकेत हैं और आपको फिरसे डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिए.
Abortion होने के बाद बहुत ज्यादा रक्तस्त्राव होता है. इसलिए महिलाओं को अपने खान पान पर ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए. हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, अंकुरित धन्य, दाल व protein देने वाले आदि खाद्य, तरल पदार्थ व फल खान चाहिए जिससे की शरीर को ज्यादा से ज्यादा पोषक तत्वा मिलते रहे.
Abortion के बाद गर्भाशय का मुँह खुला होता है. तो इस समय में शारीरिक समभंद रखना उचित नहीं होता. शारीरिक सम्भन्ध रखने स संक्रमण याने की infection का खतरा बढ़ जाता है. इसी के साथ tampons और menstrual cups का इस्तेमाल भी १५ दिनों के लिए टालना चाहिए.
आपका जिस महीने में abortion हुआ है उसी महीन में आप फिरसे बच्चा conceive कर सकते हैं पर abortion के वक्त शरीर का बहुत सारा खून चला जाता है जिसकी वजह से फिरसे बच्चा conceive करना खतरनाक हो सकता है. आपको इस दौरान contraceptive जैसे condoms का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए.
अगर आपका blood group negative हो और आपके साथी का blood group positive हो तो आपको anti-d नामक इंजेक्शन लेना चाहिए क्यूंकि aborted बच्चे के cells आपके शरीर में जाकर antibodies बना सकते हैं और आपके स्वस्थ्य को हानि पंहुचा सकते हैं. ७०-८०% abortions बच्चे में कुछ कमियां रहने से होती है और वह आपकी रोजमर्रा की हरकतों से नहीं होता.
एबॉर्शन होंने की वजह स आने महोईलायें व्ययाम छोड़ देती हैं टी ऐस उन्ह नाही करना चाहिएचाहिए. व्ययाम करने से मानसी और शरीरीक दोनों स्वास्थ्य अच्छ रेहत है. इसके साथही आपको blood test और आदि tests कर लेनी चाहिए.
