Why all BM'S playing Fire build in pve instead of Lighting? is the new RMB Combo better then the old LMB -> RMB -> LMB -> RMB? (Right Mouse Bottom, Left..)

Sadly, Lightning build is literally *nothing* compared to fire. no matter what you do, how and how good or bad, fire always does more dmg. i had some friends try to get lightning build viable for a long time and i even tried for 5h myself now. Lightning build is just not useable in pve except you want to lose about 5-10k dps in endgame.
