This saltwater aquarium is specifically designed to accommodate anemones, nemo, clownfish of various species, and is also suitable for soft corals. The aquarium is constructed with a base layer of crushed seashells sand, live rock formations for landscaping, and natural seawater. Stability bacteria was added on the first day and is supplemented every two weeks. After a three-day setup period, marine life can be introduced once the water has cleared and become odorless. The lighting system consists of aquarium-grade LED lights emitting white and blue spectrums, with a maximum daily photoperiod of eight hours. This system does not employ complex external filtration. Two small pumps are placed inside the tank to create water circulation. Additionally, I occasionally use a surface skimmer with a simple filter sponge for occasional water surface cleaning (if needed or preferred, as this is not essential). An aquarium fan is installed for cooling without the need for a chiller. A protein skimmer is also not utilized in this setup. With a suitable stocking density (one small fish per seven liters of water) and a moderate feeding regimen, avoiding excess food in the tank, the generation of harmful substances is minimized, thus eliminating the need for a protein skimmer. The aquarium water will be partially changed every two weeks, with 20-30% of the water volume being replaced with fresh natural seawater.
