Was wondering if you removed the axel to the rear diferental and removed the transfer case could you cover the hole in the transmission with a steel plate and it be ok. Maybe?? Hope i explained that right.

the o-ring part number is 91309-PH8-000

shim part number depends on the size that came with yours
