このような曲がなんのプロモーションの力も借りずに少なくとも407万回も再生されたということは、この世は生きるに値する世界だということだと思います。 The fact that such songs have been played at least 4.07 million times without the help of any promotion means that the world is a world worth living.

Looks like 八十八ヶ所巡礼 is the name, which is 88Kasyo Junrei which translates roughly to "eighty-eight places pilgrimage"? I spent a bit of time digging trying to find their name, their website has an English button on the bottom right. Lyrics still elude me.

Josh R Their name is in reference to the 88 stop pilgrimage of Shikoku ... the difference is they have added a small “backward k” character to their name. Their music is a sub-genre of “Visual Kei”, I think that is why the character is added. In reality the “English spelling” is not really representing how they have written their name in Japanese..
Just translating this genius comment: "One thing I like about this is that they look like: a countryside guy that used to skip school just to play guitar all day without worrying about his future and then one day decided to go to Tokyo; an unemployed bassist prodigy who spends the day going to gay bars and pachinko; a construction worker whose hobby is playing drums and has a stubborn personality. And one day they all met and formed this band."
