Dough ingredients:
3-1/2 cup all- purpose flour
2 medium eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup whole milk
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ cup natural sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
a pinch of nutmeg powder
1 tbsp dry yeast
Dough Fillings:
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp natural sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
Cream ingredients:
½ cup natural granulated sugar
½ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1-1/2 tbsp milk
Sour cream recipe (additional recipe if needed)
1 cup of Heavy cream
1 tbsp Lemon juice
½ cup of whole milk
*Mix the ingredients very well or shake them well with a covered container
Cover the mixture with breathable clothing or a paper towel so it can be exposed to oxygen. Leave the mixture at room temperature for at least 24 hours. And you have sour cream.
