Testing blood sugar levels at home with strips is not that accurate you must do it in a good laboratory and the Hb A1c blood test will tell you whether you are pre diabetic , diabetic or normal .

Bhabhi Ji Ye aapko hm clear kr de ki aapke age k according aapka wait abhi kaam hai..aapka wait km se km 65 hona chiye. Mughe Delhi AIIMS k doctors ne btaya tha ..jiska age in between 35-40 hai uska 65 wait hona chiye..but fat nhi rhna chiye..tou app wait badhaiye..or Exercise se Fat kmm kijiye.

Pre diabetes stage, Do not check with strip. Go in laboratory and check. May be there are chances you have diabetes type 2
