聽落去Home Insurance嘅Structure Insurance 只保障家居結構同埋玻璃窗，但係打爛咗玻璃換返嘅錢都係自己比，只不過你上次被入屋打劫，保險公司幫你搵咗emergency嘅維修公司幫你訂好圍板，你又話如果自己Google搵都可以搵到，換句話說Home Insurance都係冇乜用，唔知咁講啱唔啱？

Everyone should be able to feel safe at home...I understand how this awful experience affected you bro...I always tell people to view it as giving to the homeless begging for your car...just see them as begging. It can be replaced. The police process you described is spot on! Its a set process for every crime report created.. I used to do letter drops too, to houses nearby, to make them aware of what happened and see if they can help with the investigation and sometimes people dont report things, so they might also experienced the same thing but decided not to report it..but the letter might encourage them to report it too...then police link it all together (more police will then patrol the area in uniform and plain clothes 😉) ... and if forensics find a clue at the linked house and it leads to an arrest, it could also put the same criminals in your crime report too.. so it all helps! If your wife was on the phone to the police and mentioned the words WE HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE HOUSE, HUSBAND VIOLENTLY ATTACKED BY 3 (BLACK?) MALES WITH WEAPONS, HE IS BLEEDING AND HURT.. key words WEAPON (bats, screwdrivers, anything!), YOUNG CHILDREN, BURGLARY ON GOING... this will raise the police report right to the top of list as status IM (immediate) and all police on duty within 10 miles will drop what they are doing and will come to you...some will stay back and try locate the males getaway or your car and some will attend your home to see you. The majority will be out looking for the suspects and your car... and if you are lucky, the police helicopter will fly and look too...no one can hide from the police helicopter 👍

@@Zonjai alot goes on during the moment of violence and madness...what the police really need to know is descriptions of the suspects...tattoos, ear rings, scars, hair style, white / black skin and mainly clothings (what they are wearing, colour of clothing esp the footwear! Because they can throw jackets away when they are running away but they wont throw footwear away!) And direction of travel / last seen...because the officers racing to you can calculate from the time the report came in, the actual time the incident happened and time suspects last seen...to work out roughly which area they might be...so even you think no police has turned up to see you, they are probably already in the area searching... at least thats what I used to do! Good old days... 🙈

@@Zonjai that is the description 👍if I was searching the area, I would be looking for males dressed all in black and stop search anyone I think matched the description. But also if they drove your car away, I would be looking for your car description too. Glad you & the family are safe, that is the main thing 👍. To the criminals it is business, another day in the office, to you its personal...American host Oprah Winfrey once said, "turn your negative experience into positive energy, learn and grow from it, that way, nothing is wasted'.. when I feel low, I always remember this saying and it enpowers me...and I move on forward, forgetting yesterday. Wake up, start a new day ❤️

Honestly someone needs to invent an app for when your car is stolen, you can activate the car to just blow up into tiny pieces from one button on the app.... !! Job done! Justice served.. insurance approved... no paperwork for the police officer... insurance automatically puts a new car on your drive next morning and everyone gets back to normal routine life 😎
