I'm convinced his whole profile is shitpost and nothing but, so honestly take even the "okama" gender with a grain of salt. Most fans read him as a hyperfeminine guy, though. utauloids are pretty much the free/homemade versions of vocaloids. Knowing that, utauloids tend to be a little more difficult to tune compared to vocaloids, hence making them sound a little more choppy. I hope that helps :)

The difference is that UTAUloids are fanmade .w. Vocaloids are officail released voice banks from bigger companies who sell them, which are specially made for the Vocaloid program. While UTAUloids are made by fans to vocaloid to fit the program UTAU

The program. "UTAU" is Japanese freeware that allows a user to create "voice banks". I don't know a whole lot about the program. "Vocaloid" is commercial software developed by Yamaha, and comes with a pre-recorded voice bank. As an side, I would totally have UTAU if I could read Japanese.
