Hi Chef Z, it’s great that you came up with your own show here. A couple of things I would suggest to make your show stand out from similar shows and captivate your audiences throughout the whole episodes would be. 1. Don’t forget to add the dramatic background music when the food is being cooked that keeps the audience hooked and gives us a realistic experience as if we are there. Keep adding dramatic sound effects like when someone is cutting onions or burning the food stuff like that. 2. It’s great you already added the part where the judges tell what they would have made with the ingredients, but instead of asking all three judges the same question you could make one judge responsible per episode to make a dish using that ingredient and you could film that in a dramatic way making the chefs look cool you know what I’m saying? (They could explain to us what those ingredients are or what they are usually cooked with the type of cooking method they’re using …)So at the beginning of your episode, you would show the ingredients you would show the chef you who would be using those ingredients cooking, explaining to us what they are making and you would show us the perfect dish made by the judge and the other two judges would just be not part of that, but it would be their turn for the next episode. They would still be the judges as you have already now. Then you introduce your guests and we’ll see what they come up with so when the judges are giving their comments, we actually have a picture of what it could have been you know and we will also be watching the show while we have a picture of what would the ingredients give. I believe that would elevate your show. 3. Finally make your episodes shorter. There was a lot of talking that can boring. You could honestly cut a lot of that out make it shorter but more dramatic. I’m sure you already know this more than me but sometimes it’s good to have a different perspective I believe. Keep up the good work. The fact that you opened this show on your own here shows you really want to bring the best food show and I think you have the potential for it with some adjustments. Cheers!
