This is a very nice recipe. I love bitter gourd and make few types of dishes from it. Two tips I would like to add, if you don’t mind please While marinating in salt we can add little turmeric and a tsp of lemon juice to the Karela pieces and rest for about 30 to 45 minutes. Even one hour is fine. The bitterness will be almost completely gone. After about 30 - 45 minutes squeeze and wash the pieces like how you have shown. At this stage the Karelia pieces will be so tasty and not bitter, that we can eat them as they are. So I add them to my salads without cooking. Secondly while making your recipe either we can prepare the masala as you have shown or if there is peanut chutney pudi at home, we can simply use it. I like your method because you use oil only as much as is needed and not more. Thank you for the lovely video.
