I know there's a lot of people who'd disagree with me but I think the rapping is pretty damn cool! It shows that blink are becoming more creative by adding different styles in to their music, and this is also a sick EP! Nicely done!!

I find it amazing how Blink and they sound changed through the years. Because it shows PROGRESSION, it shows that they can make new things, and that's why they're never boring. It is just a forward moving. Times change, bands change, and if you think yourself as a real fan, you wouldn't judge them by how their sound has changed. Blink-182 was, is, and will be an incredible band forever!!!!!

Couldnt agree with you more Lauren, as soon as I saw the trailer for this new EP the opening song was this guitar riff in the very beginning and I also had a big sense of familiarity with lycanthrope one of my favorite +44 songs on that album!

The best thing about this album, is that you have different elements from AVA and +44. Bits that sound almost the same AVA, and bits that sound like +44. Ans if you listen you still have that blink original sound. So basically, this kicks ass!!

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you can't dislike a song or two, or even a whole album. But I like to judge the music based on what they were aiming for while they were creating this album. For the alternative rock feel, I think they captured it nicely. The only thing I absolutely would put a down mark on is the rap. It just doesn't fit in in my opinion. I guess the real thing I meant to point out is to not judge it by comparing it to older songs, but just judge it for what it's meant to be.

All in all, I'm pleased with the EP. I think there are some big mistakes here and there (the Yelawolf part in Pretty Little Girl especially), but nothing that really ruins it for me.
