What else is done to the Type R besides the cams? Also is that at Lawrence’s shop on the dyno?

Yeah, it's Lawrence's shop! He helped me loads with the actual build. It's a complete bottom up NA build... cams, pistons, rods, sleeves, lightened crank, etc.

I’m wanting to make good NA power and then spray a 40-60 shot of nitrous . I already have sprayed and made 250 whp with my 98 ITR But I’m trying to make more NA so I can spray less . But I I only want to change top end of my engine What manifold ,cams and who would you recommend for the best ported head?Right now my car has a stock bottom end Civic ITR pistons that was rebuilt like 8,000 miles ago Super tech valve train,skunk 2 cams! but there the very first cams that skunk came out with I think they’re just barely bigger than stock ITR cams. I been trying to decide on what cams and intake manifold to go with. I mainly drag race but still drive it here and there .

@@707turbo1 Thanks!, Bore is 83mm, Stroke is, 87.2, CR is around 11.9:1. Tuned on crappy 91 California fuel. She's running pretty fine at the moment with this config.

I had tuner series and my vtec you can hear a mile away

You notice vtec more with the tuner series because of the smaller primary lobes so there is more of a change between the low and vtec profile.

Those cams ended up snapping and a half a year later so I ditch them and ended up going Turbo and got a set of blox cams that literally made 100hp more on the Dyno. Then seen a video months later and the guys at PFI speed did a crx with same cams and they also got a 100 out of them
