The main reason for exhaust wrap is to have a better outflow of heat/air from the engine. I didn't hear you guys mentioning it anywhere!!!

Hello bro...hw u doing? Need an advise from you....Is it really worth doing wrap for exhaust bend pipes for Classic 350 BS4 GM grey model? If you say yes then will it affect the bikes performance and life of the engine? When i enquired with Royal enfield showroom they told not to do wrapping because it will give noise in the engine after riding some kms which can void warranty as well...What you suggest technically?

+venkatesh rao hi bro, no! Nothing can go wrong by fixing a wrap.. it's an external thing, won't void engine warranty. I won't say I saw a huge difference in performance.. but slight vibrations reduced.. plus, technically, its a good thing for the engine, as the hot air is not getting into the atmosphere immediately from the bend pipe... I see no harm in getting it done bro..

+Shivam Saxena noise pollution yes, mileage drop, no. That's why I do not promote free flow bend pipes.. I will change it after a month of running and experimenting

how many kms wrap will smoke..? bocez after wrapping the exhaust i drive the more then ah 150 kms but still smoke are coming.....

+Hari Holic usually, 100kms.. don't worry, there is no harm if the smoke is still coming, it won't harm the wrap or the pipe in anyway..
