The answer is not B because it was not mentioned that he was incorrectly diagnosed. Choice A is mentioned when the interviewee said: “His experience is very much what you would expect in someone who has had the disease for years…”.

I couldn't interpret q 32 and 34 Although I read the script Could you please help me with that?

As per question 32, let’s take it step by step: 1): 1) the keywords in the question are: Concerns .. result of.. 2) the keywords in the choices are: A) rise .. people at risk B) greater awareness C) increased prevalence .. insect 2) anticipate the keywords as you listen. Once the interviewer mentioned “are there concerns .. about Chagas?”, you should’ve started anticipating the keywords. 3) interpret and analyze what you hear in light of the keywords. A) did he talk about a rise in the number of people at risk? (No) he even said “these people won’t infect others ..” B) did he talk about a greater awareness of how many people have the disease? (Yes) (if not sure, you can mark it with “?” Meaning it’s a possible answer. C) did he talk about an increased prevalence of the insect? (No) So now we’re left with choice “B”, you can either choose it because you’re sure other choices are incorrect or if you were focusing enough, you would find him saying “the alarming thing, is that it has become apparent that large numbers .. carry Cahgas..” Regarding question 34, could you apply the steps above and try solving it on your own? And if there’s still any ambiguity in it, please let us know and we’ll explain it more.
