What emulator you using the get the Fliter?

Parallel Launcher, which uses a special version of RetroArch. RetroArch has filters too though.

@@UncleMcPro When you're ingame, you press F1, then you scroll down and click on Shaders, then you click shaders_slang, then vhs. The filter I used in the video is vhs.slangp. But I also recommend vhs_mpalko.slangp. The latter one can be laggy, so if your game lags, reduce the resolution of the game. If shaders_slang doesn't work, then try shaders_glsl.
