That is literally one of the best parts of this game. I loved the part about wandering around and having no idea where you are going. Thats specifically why I have not played the new versions yet and gave up on my 30-star speedrun for now. Ill do one for the new updated version for sure though, I just want to set time aside to casually play through again with the recent updates

Ive spent so long doing over 450 attempts for 30-star that now the big update is out. Seems like itd be kinda pointless now, and I dont want to update to 0.6.9 just yet

This was indeed meant to be Eternal Fort and an update changed the music accordingly, though later on a different Eternal Fort was added, this one only having a random chance to appear

Actually no, I still haven't played the newer/final version of the hack (though I do plan on it). I was also working on a 30 star run for this version too, but I eventually ended up not being satisfied with any of the runs I was able to actually beat.

Back when I was originally playing, this was the newest version of the hack. I believe the creator typically doesnt give out old releases of the game either, so you may be out of luck on that one. But you could always try the B3313 discord!

Nah, all the loading zones (from what I can tell) are static. The "luck" was finding that pipe underneath that outdoor area, as it skips the need for 30 stars to get to Eternal Castle (or whatever name the fanbase has dubbed it). I have not tried the newer versions of B3313 yet, but its definitely on my bucket list. Thanks for watching!

If you want to play this game, you should familiarize yourself with how custom ROM hacks typically work. I completely apologize if that sounds abrasive, that is not my intention. You will need to *legally obtain* a copy of the original game, and then acquire the patch file to add on to the original game. Most people use a software called FLIPS to patch ROMs (it usually has the symbol of a Super Mario World moon). Some quick google searches will get you what you need to play this game. @@mouse2621 the castle grounds don't really exist in this rom, the line inbetween levels and castle is barely existant, there are over a half dozen castles all overlapping one another
