Wanted to let you know that your dopamine theory in relation to nature vs. phone is CORRECT!! We just studied this very thing in my 8th grade English class, and the kids were really interested in the effects of NOT being on their phones. Love your videos!

I like your videos 😊 I found you while looking for ideas for using a B6 Stalogy as a personal and wellness journal; it will be my first and it hasn’t arrived yet. As for future planning, I include a future log where all future appts and dates go, à la Ryder Carroll’s bullet journal. I find it very effective. I only had an all-in-one planner, but I’m happy to separate them into two as I find my creative/emotional/whimsical side taking a long hiatus in favor of work tasks, planning, scheduling, home tasks, etc. This is where the B6 Stalogy is going to come in. My A5 graph notebook (currently enjoying the Scribbles that Matter) will serve as strictly my brain: scheduling, work, home, kids, planning.
