Thanks for sharing! Always enjoyed landings on the rwy 09 at Samos...seems like it was a fairly light flight (Vref 131 for flaps 40)

Samos lijkt mij zeer uitdagende aanvliegroute. Je moet ineens een scherpe bocht maken, om recht voor de landingsbaan te komen. vriendelijke groet Maarten

Very nice footage, thank you. What I noticed is that the pilots build in a routing in the fmc for the last few minutes before landing so that you can descent in LNAV en VNAV mode. Its the section 4 nm (1850ft) inbound SAM turn heading 253 degrees (I forget excact heading). Then turn baseleg cross 240 radial SAM VOR at 1100ft. You can not select this approach in your fmc because this is flown by hand and visual. Is this a company build in approach routing for the fmc? Are you guys put this waypoints in manually in the leg page? It's very nice to see that you guys fly the last part in LNAV VNAV mode and autothrotlle. kind regards Jeen (hope to see more of this awesome approach)

It is a VOR/DME combined with Visual for the final turn.
