Serving - 3
Ingredients:
Butter Garlic Dal-
Toor dal -1 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves (chopped)- 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2 (medium)
Kashmiri red chilli powder -2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 1/2 tsp
Jeera rice -
Basmati rice - 1 glass
Water -1.5 glass
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Hello today i made this recipe for my family as it was simple and easy to follow.
