It’s from the Associated Press (AP), which keeps several archived videos regarding the Ba’athist Iraq era (At least those that their crews could personally film). The second footage comes from a video recording by KZbinr Rontor, who recorded the footage of the Iraqi Satellite Television broadcast in the opening hours of the Iraq War.
