every interviewee says some or other time they read books in their after hours of trading, when their trades are done, waiting for the next trade or idle time. Can you start asking interviewees to reveal books names and authors? Very few instances you've asked though. This will help to create such mindset and discipline similar to what interviewee is telling for retail trader.
