BA&VET - Innovative Solutions to the Skills Shortage in SMEs
The skills shortage in SMEs is one of the biggest challenges of our time. At the same time, traditional vocational training is losing its appeal, and conventional university programs often fail to provide the practical skills that SMEs urgently need.
The BA&VET project addresses this issue directly: By developing and implementing dual bachelor’s degree programs that combine theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional training, BA&VET creates a bridge between vocational and higher education. The goal is to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs and skilled workers, strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs, and address the demands of digital transformation as well as climate and environmental protection.
