I feel something is lacking in your bit when you convert it from Gujarati.

I think you prepare and write all your content in gujarati, so delivery of jokes in gujarati feels solid. Every punch and even pauses kills. But when you translate the same bit line by line in hindi, taste of humor feels like lost somewhere in translation (thoda kuch missing hai aisi feeling aati hai). Please if we can avoid translating same content in hindi and write separately different content for hindi. Comparison ma gujarati j jor kari jae chhe !! Its just a feeling and small observation. Great work !! Always waiting to see more such stand up.!!! Thank you.:)

@@dipakshukla1989 You are a bit wrong here. So i will tell you why you find Gujarati comparatively funny. I don't write jokes in language, a joke is a thought which needs to be funny primarily. Now for the video part, hindi video was shot in march and gujarati was shot in oct. In between this gap, i did 2 international tours of about 30 shows and other local tours and corporate shows. So the joke got much tighter after the hindi recording. And also the Gujarati video had double the number of audience on that show than hindi. So science wins in this case. I agree that i may sound funnier in Gujarati, maybe 5% more. But the difference was purely based on timings of recording of these videos. There are lot of things related to comedy that either of us would not know as of now. We can sure guess and figure out ke "saamne waale ke dimaag mein kya chalta hai. Isne aisa isliye kiya hoga"... But the best solution is directly puch lena chahiye rather than assuming.

I find the same clip in gujarati to be funnier even though I don’t speak gujarati , just because the audience is much more responsive in that clip . (I used subtitles in the gujarati clip)
