And not his lover or legal wife as you would think in this song The story is, this man is a writer and is a 'misogynist or hate being around women ' , who rescues a wounded girl, that wounded girl is suffering from 'Memory loss issues' a disease, due to which she suddenly starts thinking that the writer is her partner i.e. her husband and hence is seen courting him, but the writer is her nobody amd he knows she os suffering from 'A disease to forget her identity' which is why she is like that near him.
