Very nice music you had in the background of your video. Fits perfectly with your location once you entered the ruins. For a moment I started thinking how cool would have been if you were wearing a Roman soldier uniform going up on the stairs and a sword in one hand and camera in the other hand.😁 You have a very nice sence of humor which is an addition on your trips. I hope you do more trips in Lebanon. I also lived in Chicago. My first five years in United States. From 1980-1985. For me it was around Andersonville part of Chicago which is north of Wrigley Field by around 3 miles. Thank you for this beautiful video. By far the most detailed video I've seen from Baalbek.

Thanks very much ! Music is SO hard to find that matches what I am looking for, but I guess this time it worked out. Uniform and sword would've been cool, haha ! I grew up way north in Roger's Park. Then moved to Hoffman Estates. Thanks for your comments 🙏

Wow, amazing video of these Roman ruins brother. Great job!!! By the way, you don’t mind me asking. Is this the DJI Pocket 2 you are using or another device? Thanks.
@SincerelyRaman2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the nice comment ! Of course I don't mind you asking. For the Baalbek video I used a GoPro Hero 9. I do have a DJI Pocket 2, used it for many of my Iraq videos. As well as a Sony ZV1 with a wide angle adapter. All are great cameras, but in certain situations one of them will excel.

You know Raman, in Baalbek every year they do the Baalbek festival at the ruins. I am sure you know Fayruz by now,. She is Lebanon's diva. She did festivals at the ruins and she has two songs that I know of that she sang for Baalbek. In KZbin you can put Fayruz and Baalbek. You can also put in KZbin Lebanon's Armenian ensemble from 1965. It is at the ruins in Baalbek. The video is black and white and the you tube channel name is dabketna. I don't know if you noticed the largest man made long square like rock which they don't know who built it. They even mentioned that it could be UFO aliens from way way back. There is many pictures of this man made rock with people standing on it. And people looked very small comparing to the rock. I am glad you went to Baalbek when you did as suppose to around three or four years ago, because the ruin that had the six colums were being renovated and wood s were all over it. I guess making it stornger so this way it won't fall. It used to have one more colum, so it was seven, but from an earthquake one fell. And hence now is six colums.

Thanks so much for all the info ! I read about that rock but unfortunately didn't have time to see it. I hope to visit Lebanon again and visit the places I missed the first time 😊 Oh, yes, the renovation probably would not as cool as it does now. It is so impressive !
