I really enjoy brimstone. Not only does it make you a whole lot stronger, but it also makes your runs much more enjoyable with the risk of strengthening your enemies. Plus it makes the runs end faster

Anger can be really good especially with lots of card draw. I see a lot of your runs you'll skip anger and i understand with things like Fiend Fire anger simply gets outshined. However anger is great when you have low energy or something like spinning top. Terrible with snecko though

As someone much worse than Baalor, I would. With an upgrade and runic pyramid, it's pretty easy to use in long fights. Reaper also kinda negates the downside. Exhume + fiend fire could make pretty much any fight quick if you get the right draw. Lantern and flower are pretty good too, so the extra energy isn't really critical All in all, I'd say they're probably equal. Fiend fire would be better for most of the rest of the game, but berserk would be better for the heart (I think)
