Nice review. Just one question; Did you oil the containers before putting the dough ball into them?

Yes, I tried once without oiling them and it’s much easier to remove the dough if the container is oiled first

They definitely don't look airtight.

Probably not completely airtight,. but enough so your dough doesnt dry out with exposure to air

At £45 they are expensive. To save yourself £43.50 head down to Poundland and get a pack of 6 plastic takeaway boxes. Work wonders and actually last about 24 months. Nice video but as the dragons say “I’m out”
