This might seem a good idea but , the government regulation strictly prohibits such activities, it's better to apply for government issued pvc card from there respective website , as illegally printed photo id is a cognizable offence and local authorities may arrest without warrent , it's better to have such id in digilocker if you are not able to get government approved pvc id card.
