Chicken Shimla mirch (Bell pepper) 1 cup oil 1 large onion sliced 1 tbsp ginger garlic 1.5 tsp zeera (cumin) 1 choti ilaechi (cardamom) 1 bari ilaechi 4 Long 1 tsp zeera (cumin) powder 1.5 tsp pepper flakes 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1.3 tsp haldi (turmeric) 1.5 tsp dhania (coriander) powder 2 small tomatoes (grind) 1.5 tsp green chilli paste 1 kg chicken 1 cup yoghurt 0.5 kg Shimla mirch (Bell pepper) Water 1/2 cup if needed. 0.5 tsp garam masala Garnish with coriander + green chillies High flame Fry onion. When golden, add gg. Then add khara masala. Bhunain. Then add powder spices, fry a lot. Deglaze with lil water. After frying, add tomatoes until water evaporates. Add green chilli paste. Add chicken. Add 1 cup yoghurt. Fry on high flame for 6 minutes. When oil separates, add Shimla mirch. Fry for 5 minutes until oil separates. Now add 0.5 cup water and cover on low heat for 10 minutes. Add coriander green chilli garnish and fry on high flame for 1 minute. Turn off flame and serve.
