I was suffering from past 1.8 years , so anxious, so sad , broken , people pleaser . Infact I didn't go to my room for the fear of alone and some truamatic thoughts of my past ....in being a relationship I had been cheated and that cheater make my inner soul cheater ...but after cheating someone I realise and become so depressed that I did wrong very wrong to a honest person .....even the nights I spend my life to short term pleasures and I beg everyone just to spend time and talk to me even now...I had tried to change myself but everytime I become people pleaser ....I just beg to them just FOR SOME CONVERSATION,CARE .......I was so anxious and sad everytime why me !!!?? But this video change all my perception just may my patience level and will help me to help myself first ......thank you so much for realising me that what's actual problem
