Families differ heyyy. Because the kid has a larger head, he might get bullied by other kids at school, however if his large head has somewhat been acknowledged, addressed and normalised at home he might not be so touched by the bullying. Infact, calling him "Skhwabha" might increase his defense mechanism. You know how people say that if you know your flaws, then no-one can use them against you etc. I do see your point though.
