Nope. Sounds like a normal Talon in manual mode. Hold the gear longer so you don’t shift and bog down. Too many people are used to the sound of belt driven machines.

Haven’t had a single issue with pops defender and his has over twice the miles mine has. I beat on this thing hard. Most of it is off camera unfortunately. 😅 It went into limp mode bc I forgot to mount the vent lines up and they fell down. Water got into the tank.
