I think satoori differs in Korea just like dialects differ in the UK. I don't speak Korean, but I think it's pretty much the same: you have the "standard" and then other variations depending on a region.

im korean but tbh im not rly sure ab dialects 😅 but the people who live in Busan, S.Korea speak a dialect called "Satoori". my aunt usually speaks in satoori and i find it interesting cuz the tone is different, theres many slang words, and when you speak in satoori, your tone goes up and down a lot haha

As a Korean, I think Felix understands Busan satoori quiet a lot. In SK talker Ep. 6 (Pajama party), Felix actually used satoori to IN when he spoke " What is this?" really well like native speaker. Ige meoya? (Seoul) -> Ige meosiyeo? (Busan)

Dialect is different from accents i think. I’m not sure how it works in korea since i’m not from korea but in finland we also have dialects. The difference between accents and dialects is for example a person from london would say ”I am Emila” and a person from dublin would say thwm same just probounce it differently but in finland we change most word so a person from Helsinki would say ”mä oon Emila” and a person from eastern finland would say ”mie olen Emila”. Like in korea we also have standard finnish language which what people would learn when learnibg finnish and it’s also used in books, news, magazines, official situations, signs etc but the difference with finnish and korean is that no finnish person actually speak the standard language but i tjink in korea they speak it in seoul and surrounding areas. I hope this wasn’t too confusing i’m not the best at explaining😅

I think with satoori, along with having a lot of different/changed words and phrasing, the flow of speaking changes as well, putting emphasis on different parts. I've heard that the Busan satoori tends to have a sort of melodic touch, like going up and down in tone, which is why it's distinctive and fun for them to imitate.

i think that Felix's Busan fansign video is during I am YOU era, they're go to Busan for Jambangee fansign after 2018 MAMA in Japan.

Felix's video is during I am YOU promotions, he was red if I'm not mistaken and as i am YOU was at the end of 2018, it was snowing. I love your reactions and I'm loving seeing the talker series with you, it makes me nostalgic edit: I think Felix lost the thread most of the time, even I think he was quiet because he was paying attention to not lose anything

Yeah and I think the clip of Felix is a Twitter video? Or Insta? Maybe? I don’t remember it being in a talker, I think it’s from somewhere else :)

I don't know about Korean , but in my country there's a different dialect almost in each city/region . so I think that's the same like different ways to pronounce or different expressions idk I feel like Felix was mostly quiet during the early stages because he can miss a lot of stuff or jokes but I'm proud of him he improved so much in a short time

I think with accent people mostly use the same words but just different pronunciation in each accent " not alot of differences". But with dialect it's not always the same, alot of words are different and also pronunciatin. Sometimes if two people speak the same language but different dialect they might not understand each other.

It might not be the right explaination because I don't speak Korean but I speak Arabic and it has so many dialects. So this what I think dialect means.
