I purchased two of these in different colors, based on how they looked on youtubers... I must agree with you that I am not a fan of the texture as well. It does look like blow dried hair. I'll use it like when i'm running to the grocery store real quick or something {lol} but it's not one to wear when u wanna look jazzy. I agree its thick and hot. It does look good on you though.
