where do I start okay right away I open the box. the recipt inside isnt mines. it belongs to someone else from a complete different state with all of her information. right away I'm thinking wtf. Im now wondering who is looking at my information? The wig I ordered is a wig that i've ordered twice in the past execpt a different color so I pretty familar with whats expected. the wig was not the same texture, the curls looked like someone has ran their fingers thru the curls. and I noticed the back of the wig had a random strand that was short as if it was cut. I reached out to them no one picked up. I sent an email. and I recieved an automated email response telling me to take pics. I did and I didn't hear anything back from them until 3 days later I recieved the same email telling me to do the same damn thing. I ended up calling paypal and they gave me back my money after the 10th day.....never again
