I think the question they should be asking is, after hearing and knowing what the witnesses has gone through before writing those statements whilst you also signed it, do you now regret of being the state's independent witness. And the misunderstanding of him insisting he was only a witness for the statements taking not a witness to confirmed whether they were part of the coup plot or not also was very interesting. I'm sure the chairman Dr Sisse would've spotted the misunderstanding if he was present.
