The hawker issue was mainly bought due to these factors - - Bihari and other state people are pulling in their relatives and disorienting the footpath, as more and more outsiders are installing poles and sitting in the footpath causing chaos and disorientation - Second this bihari and outside people are getting voter IDs and all the benefits including Laxmi bhandar from CM, next these outsiders do not support TMC and most of their votes have gone to BJP. So the main target is biharis and other migrants who are voting BJP. Now in the process some bengali people also got crushed. Note - bangladesh immigrants won't vote BJP as of the politics so illegal immigrants from BD won't be considered here.
