When Darik mentioned he likes when it is warm out and then storms and I’m like “ omg me too” , because I love when it is hot and sunny during the day then late afternoon/ early evening the sky gets super dark , with lightning and thunder and it pours 🌧, I don’t know why but I just love it. And here in Florida, you get that all the time in the summer. Also, when Gemma said “ dad you’re my best friend “ that is how you know she loves her dad❤️❤️. Also she is an sweet big sister, when Wren slipped and fell , Gemma held her head up 😢❤️

I relate to this so much. My mom always told me Wren is the mini me since she was 6 months old. I am just as bossy as Wren and have that follow me attitude. I fell down a Million times as a kid and always had a bruise on me lol. Wren is just so cute ❤️😍😭

They are the Blue Angels from the U.S. Navy and the Thunderbirds fly with them from the U>S> Air Force. They started in NYC and flew above my community hospital, Stamford Health Center to thank all those who have helped us through the pandemic. I grew up with them, at Gemmas's age our family went to the small Stratford, CT Airport to see then fly, ( Dad was in the airforce and my uncle had a plane at the airport).. I remember the Vlog with the entire family on the airplane flying to see your family!!! The babies were sooooo smart on the plane. Love the Vlog!!! Love You!!!!!! ps, Gemma, Great job drawing the Tesla, love it in purple!!!!

That colouring cloth looks like so much fun! What an awesome idea. I live near an airplane training place so we see a lot of different planes but the best times of the year is when they fly the old war bird planes like spitfires etc. It's normally expensive to actually go to the events they fly them for but living so close to where they fly out from and living in a two storey house makes it the best spot to watch them for free. Awwww Gemma saying, "You're my best friend." to Darik was so cute! Wow such crazy weather. Oh my goodness they really love that bounce house, such great exercise for them too seeing as we're stuck in our homes right now. Haha Cara has the right idea sit in the comfy bed while and watch the kids play. My daughter Liliana says, "Hiiiiiii Gem gem, Roro, Reesey and Wren. ."

We have really crazy weather here in South Dakota too! A few years ago during finals week (one of the first weeks of May), it snowed overnight and was snowing in the morning. Then in the afternoon, it became completely clear and in the 50s. Another crazy example was in January a few years ago, it was -20 and 4 days later it was 50 degrees... 70 degree difference!

So I'm new to this channel & am commenting in reference to an older video you did last year with assumptions. I just wanted to say that I was raised with going to daycare (not some fancy one either) from the time I was 3 months old til 11 years old for afterschool & summers. I also had live-in nannies for my brother and I - they got "free" rent in exchange for walking me to the bus stop, pick up from daycare/ date nights when they were available. My dad worked full time, and my mom worked full time on top of graduate school and them both just wanting their own time to themselves. Why it's frowned upon, I will never know. I think it's healthy for kids to grow up the way I did because it teaches social skills from an early age, being active, and self-reliant. Of course, there were days that I just wanted to be home, but both of my parents worked; not because they had to but because they wanted to. I feel like the biggest thing with nannies or daycare & why it's frowned upon is not because the dad isn't staying home... but because the mom isn't. I think that's some pretty old school sexist shit... or at the very least- people's own internal biases. No one should feel bad for using daycare or nannies. I learned how to skate and swim in daycare & got really good at it from a young age. I got to play tag and sports... or swing on swings by myself while I was still waiting to be picked up. I love my parents- they have their faults like any others, but i view going to daycare and not having them around as much as other kids growing up as a really good thing. I learned a lot from other kids/ caregivers while also learning that I didn't have to view my future as being a stay at home mom/ having kids meaning not being able to go after other goals in life/ live my own life outside of family time. So I have no clue if you still use nannies, but if you do, keep doing you. They'll be fine... better even probably + they have each other there. I went to daycare alone and still had a blast 98% of the time. I'm 21 now living in nyc after being raised in dallas,tx, and i'm about to graduate a year early with a finance degree... I wasn't permanently scarred from that side of my upbringing at all.
