we have to know that Dalvin was a consistence criminal who wanted to get things so quick, Tam Noffy confesses that Davin told him that he wanted to go somewhere and that justified what Gilbert said about his help to Dalvin. this issue is political and involves the most idiotic man Bosmic Otim and it will make getting Dalvin's whereabouts very hard. Dalvin must have been arrested by his own Boss Okot Rich because he trusted him the most and he doesn't feel like losing his very own. If a person is missing the parents, relatives, wife, or husband report the missing person to the police. It is the police, who are financed and maintained by Taxpayers money, do the investigation. Sadly Acholi are behaving as if they are the law and the law is them. Report the mater of missing person to the police. It is the police that will do their investigation and find out where and who did what when it comes to the missing of Baby Dalvin.
